    Are you saying your cello playing is a curse? Perhaps the curse is that music becomes compelling, a call to create even more music. Is this how it is for you?

    I understand this quote as saying that music is a curse in the best possible way; it draws you in, then leads you down a labyrinth to deeper unknowns by igniting your heart with a passion that I believe we are all born with. Being a musician becomes all consuming 🙂
